Photography Service Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing photography services provided by Final Image

Photography (FIP). These terms apply to all photography services, pre-shoot meetings, photo sessions, and the

delivery and use of photographic images supplied by Final Image Photography.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of this agreement the Photographer refers to Dean Paget of Final Image Photography (FIP).

The Client or Model refers to the person or persons named on the Model Agreement form, the Shoot Plan, and

this Terms and Conditions document.

Photograph or Image refers to all photographic material supplied by Final Image Photography including prints,

digital images, files, videos or any other designs or items supplied by Final Image Photography for the purpose

of reproduction.

Photo Shoot or Model Shoot Session refers to the agreed date and time allocated to the client as outlined in the

Shoot Plan and in accordance with the Model Agreement and these Terms and Conditions.

3. Copyright and Usage

Final Image Photography retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and images produced during any

photography session.

Both the model/client and Final Image Photography may use the images for self-promotion including websites,

videos, portfolios and social media platforms.

Commercial use of any images for financial reward, business promotion, or monetary gain is prohibited unless

express written consent has been obtained from both Final Image Photography and the model/client.

If either Final Image Photography or the model/client uses images for commercial purposes without written

permission from the other party, the affected party reserves the right to pursue legal action.

All images supplied will include the Final Image Photography logo. Images must not be altered, edited, copied,

cropped or modified in any way as Final Image Photography reserves the right to maintain the integrity of all

photographic work.

4. Image Delivery

All images will be delivered digitally via email unless otherwise agreed. The client will receive twenty (20) final

edited high-resolution JPEG images. A preview set of 60 – 100 lower-resolution JPEG images will be provided

for selection. Final images will be supplied digitally within (3) weeks of the shoot, provided the selections are

returned within (7) days. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of shoot and editing requirements.

This will be agreed between client and Final Image Photography at the initial Shoot Plan meeting.

5. Payment and Fees

A booking fee of 50% of the total shoot price is required as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit confirms the

booking of the agreed shoot date and time.

The deposit must be paid prior to the first shoot planning meeting and secures the date and time period agreed

between the client and Final Image Photography.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the photo shoot takes place.

Payment methods accepted are cash or bank transfer only.

The 50% deposit may be transferred to another date if agreed by Final Image Photography and the client with

at least 14 days notice prior to the original shoot date. A £10 administration fee will apply.

6. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be made via email even if Final Image Photography has been informed verbally or by

phone.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the agreed shoot date for the deposit to be transferred or

refunded where applicable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot date will result in the loss of the deposit unless otherwise

agreed by Final Image Photography.

A client who fails to attend the scheduled shoot without notice will be considered a cancellation and the

booking fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Final Image Photography.

If Final Image Photography cancels a shoot, a full refund will be issued and the client will be informed verbally

and via email. The shoot may also be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Any third party costs incurred by the client such as props, travel, accommodation, or makeup are not covered

by Final Image Photography.

7. Minors (Under 18)

Any model or client under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during any pre-shoot

meeting and photography session.

A parent or guardian must sign the Model Agreement and these Terms and Conditions before Final Image

Photography can conduct a photo shoot.

8. Data Protection

Final Image Photography complies with UK GDPR regulations regarding the storage and use of personal data.

Personal information and images will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third party without

the client or model’s consent.

9. Conduct and Safety

Final Image Photography will not undertake nude or naked photography.

Boudoir or lingerie photography must be agreed at the initial pre-shoot meeting and documented in the shoot

plan and signed by the client or model.

No person under the age of 18 will be photographed in lingerie.

Both parties agree to maintain professional behaviour, respectful communication, and adhere to health and

safety regulations during any session.

No altered, manipulated, or derogatory images will be produced under these terms.

10. Agreement

Signing this document confirms that the client or model has read, understood and agrees to all terms and

conditions outlined above.
